How to get help from the OpenCloud support team by submitting a ticket.

Submit a Support Ticket

Navigate to Support to submit a ticket.

When to Submit

  • Application won't deploy or start
  • Domain access issues
  • Performance problems
  • Payment or billing issues
  • Refund requests
  • Login problems
  • Anything else not working as expected

How to Submit

  1. Open the Support page
  2. Click Create Ticket
  3. Choose a category (Account Access, Application Issues, Domain Issues, Billing, etc.)
  4. Link the affected item (optional — select the app, resource, or project)
  5. Describe the problem:
    • What you were trying to do
    • What happened instead
    • Any error messages you saw
    • When it started happening
  6. Click Submit

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Choose the right category — this routes your ticket to the right team
  • Link the affected item — helps support find the issue quickly
  • Include error messages — copy the exact text or take a screenshot
  • Check logs first — the answer might be in your application logs
  • Be specific — "n8n shows error 500 after restart" is better than "my app is broken"

After Submission

  • You'll receive a confirmation notification
  • The support team reviews your ticket
  • You can track the status of your ticket
