What is OpenCloud?
OpenCloud is a cloud platform for deploying AI agents and automation tools. Deploy n8n, OpenClaw, CoPaw, and supporting infrastructure like PostgreSQL and Redis — all with one-click deployment.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything is managed through a web dashboard. No command-line or server administration required.
What applications can I deploy?
The primary applications are n8n (AI workflow automation), OpenClaw (autonomous AI agent), and CoPaw (multi-channel AI assistant). See the Guides for details.
Account & Access
How do I create an account?
Sign up at opencloud.com.vn using your Google or GitHub account.
I can't log in
Try these steps:
- Make sure you're using the same auth provider (Google/GitHub) you signed up with
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Submit a support ticket
Can I change my email?
Your email is linked to your Google or GitHub account. Change it through your auth provider's settings.
Applications & Resources
How long does deployment take?
Most applications deploy in 1-3 minutes. OpenClaw takes 3-5 minutes because it sets up both the AI agent and browser.
My application shows an error
- Check the application Logs for error messages
- Try restarting the application
- Verify environment variables are correct
- Submit a support ticket if the issue persists
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes. Add your domain in the application's Domains section and update your DNS settings. SSL is automatic. See Custom Domains.
What happens when I stop an application?
Your data is preserved, but the application becomes inaccessible. You are still billed for stopped applications.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, anytime. Go to your application or resource → Settings → change plan. New pricing takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
OpenCloud uses a credit-based system. Add credits to your account, and they're deducted monthly based on your active services. See Credits & Pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Bank Transfer (SePay) — Vietnamese bank accounts
- Online Payment (OnePay) — Instant processing
What happens if I run out of credits?
You'll receive warnings at 72 hours and 24 hours before your credits run out. If credits reach zero, services may be suspended. Add credits to resume.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests can be submitted via support ticket. Choose the "Refund" category.
What are vouchers?
Vouchers give you bonus credits (10-40%) when topping up. See Vouchers.
Referral Program
How do referrals work?
Share your referral code from the Partner Dashboard. When someone signs up and tops up:
- You receive 20,000 VND bonus
- Your friend receives 100,000 VND bonus
