How OpenCloud notifies you about your credit balance and billing events.
Billing Alerts
OpenCloud sends alerts when your credit balance is getting low, so you can top up before services are affected.
Alert Stages

| Insufficient | Credits reach 0 | Email + in-app + dashboard banner |

| 30-day follow-up | 30 days at zero balance |
What to Do
- Don't panic — your data is preserved even when services stop
- Go to Billing
- Add credits to your account
- Your services will resume automatically
Extended zero credit balance may eventually lead to service suspension. Top up promptly to avoid disruption.
Customize Notifications
You can manage notification preferences in Settings > Notifications. We recommend keeping billing alerts enabled.
